Consultation Service Details and Terms

  • Each session is planned to last 50 minutes, and the session fee is 100€, to be paid in cash by the client at the end of the session. Payment via PayPal or bank transfer is also possible.
  • If necessary, longer sessions can be arranged.
  • The first session (Erstgespräch) is planned to last 100 minutes, and the fee is 200€.
  • In Marriage and Family Counseling, the first session lasts 100 minutes.
  • The German private or state health insurance system (Krankenkasse) does not cover our session fees.
  • Our consultation language is Turkish. If requested, we also offer counseling services in English.
  • The client is legally required to pay the full session fee if they fail to attend the appointment or do not cancel the appointment in writing at least 48 hours (2 days) in advance, except in cases of accident or illness.

Online Sessions and Process Details

If you would like to receive online counseling, you should first select your preferred appointment date in the Appointment Request section. After that, our team will personally contact you for a brief conversation to finalize your appointment. Once the session fee is paid, all procedures will be completed. On the day of your session, you will have your consultation with the expert. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

We place the highest priority on the confidentiality of your disclosures during the psychological counseling process. Your identity and what you share will never be shared with any organization or individual.
